These terms apply to the use of the Minaico Publisher app. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
01Scope
Minaico Publisher is a tool for managing and scheduling YouTube uploads, running on the user's own computer.
The app is under development. Features may change, and it may contain defects.
02Your account and channels
Connect only channels you own or are authorised by their owner to manage.
The app uses YouTube API Services, so your use of it is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Keeping your computer and its database secure is your responsibility, because the tokens that reach your channels are stored there.
03Responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload through the app, including ownership, copyright, music licensing and made-for-kids declarations.
Do not use the app to publish content that breaks YouTube's Community Guidelines or applicable law.
04No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
Minaico does not promise that the app will always be available, free of defects, or that a publish will always succeed. Quotas and changes on Google's side are outside Minaico's control.
05Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Minaico is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app, including lost data, content published to the wrong channel, or consequences for your channel.
06Stopping
You can stop at any time by revoking access in your Google Account and removing the app from your machine.
07Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
