AI Code Desk
A browser terminal for driving coding agents on your own machines — and for reading a session as a list of steps instead of a redrawn screen.

Overview
Coding agents run on a machine, but the person supervising them is often somewhere else, holding a phone.
AI Code Desk puts those sessions in a browser. Each machine runs its own terminal host; the web app connects to several of them at once. The part that matters is how a session is displayed: instead of mirroring a terminal that constantly repaints itself, it reads the session as an ordered list of steps, which is legible on a small screen.
It is used daily to run this studio's own work, and the source is now public on GitHub. One caveat if you self-host it: the machine-to-machine channel currently assumes a trusted network.
