Minaico Publisher
A console that runs on your own machine for managing several YouTube channels: write a piece of content once, schedule it, and let the tool upload it with the right thumbnail, captions and playlist.
Overview
When you run several YouTube channels, the tiring part is not making the video — it is everything after: signing into the right account, pasting the right title, attaching the right playlist, remembering the made-for-kids declaration, then doing it again for the next channel.
Minaico Publisher puts that in one place. Content is written once — title, description, tags, playlist, thumbnail, captions — then scheduled per channel, with the upload time kept separate from the moment it goes public. The tool calls the YouTube Data API to upload the video, set the thumbnail, add captions and attach the video to a playlist.
Two details came out of real incidents. After a grant, the tool reads the channel list back to confirm the token points at the channel you meant — otherwise an upload succeeds quietly and you only notice once the video sits in the wrong place. And each channel can carry a default made-for-kids declaration, because missing a single file is already a breach.
The app runs on the user's machine and keeps its data in a database there. No Minaico server receives it.
Key features
What it does
- 01
Write once, publish to many
One piece of content carries its own schedule per channel, with upload time separate from going public.
- 02
The whole upload in one pass
Video, thumbnail, captions and playlist all go together through the YouTube Data API.
- 03
Pinned to the right channel
After a grant the tool reads the channel list back, so the token cannot quietly point somewhere else.
- 04
Made-for-kids declarations
Set as a channel default, so no file slips through unlabelled in a batch.
- 05
Data stays on your machine
Runs locally against a database on the same computer; nothing is sent to a Minaico server.
